1. Service Description & API Credits

SchemaFlow provides managed web context, automated browser rendering, structured schema extraction, and brand intelligence APIs. Usage is quantified through API credits:

• Standard Scrapes: Exactly 1 credit per successful page scrape, regardless of whether residential proxy escalation or client-side JavaScript rendering is required.
• Zero Credit Charges on Failures: Network errors, unreachable host targets, or bot-blocked requests consume 0 credits.
• Overage Billing: If your monthly usage exceeds your plan quota and overage is enabled, additional credits are billed at your plan’s specified unit rate.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Customers must utilize SchemaFlow in compliance with all relevant laws and standards. You agree not to:

• Launch Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks against third-party web services.
• Exfiltrate unauthorized non-public personal information (PII) or classified records.
• Circumvent paywalls or authentication boundaries without legitimate account credentials.
• Resell or sublicense SchemaFlow API credentials without an enterprise distributor agreement.

3. Service Level Agreement (99.99% Uptime SLA)

For customers on Pro, Scale, and Enterprise plans, SchemaFlow commits to a 99.99% monthly API availability SLA. In the event of downtime exceeding SLA thresholds:

4. Payment, Renewals & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through the customer dashboard; your service will remain operational until the conclusion of the current billing cycle.
